I just wrote a new introductory book about roguelike development using JavaScript and PhaserJS. The target audience is beginner/intermediate JS developers who are interested in the genre.

It was hard book to write because I planned it just before the pandemic and whatever plan I had went under once it started. The book works towards building a basic roguelite game in a way that fosters tinkering with the source and experimentation.
